I think most places only let you use one at a time. Usually, you gotta pick whichever one gives you the best deal. Sometimes the free shipping is better if your order isn't huge.

I've only bought from Coin Souvenir, but their patches are really nice. Good embroidery, sturdy. Can't speak for CopQuest but I've been happy with CS.

Depends on what you're getting. For replica badges and collectible stuff, Coin Souvenir is awesome. CopQuest might have more 'actual gear' if that makes sense, but for patches and coins, CS is solid. My buddy got some tactical patches from them and they look great on his vest.
